Signs for June 14, 2025
This Flag Day and Army Birthday let’s celebrate the careers of military leaders who did their duty. Regardless if they have been relieved or removed from their posts, they have served honorably and been role models in many ways.
I have created a pdf with the names of dozens of military leaders who have impressive careers, many of whom have recently been relieved of duty for unclear reasons and purposes. Others decided they could not best serve the administration in their positions.
Individuals actively serving in the military are restricted in what they can and cannot say, but we the people are not as restricted. Additionally, although they must all answer to the chain of command, with the Commander in Chief, the President, at the top; that position is an elected one and is a servant of the people.
That means all the people. We do not elect presidents, nor any other representative, to only answer to or favor their party or particularly dedicated followers. It is the duty of our leaders to listen to all their constituents. My goal is to raise awareness for these military personnel changes, for all to be able to let their representatives know and hear that we want moral, honorable, strong leaders in charge. We want clear reasons for why such leaders are relieved or fired from their posts, and we want a military that meets the standards of integrity and honor.
How to Use These Signs
When you download this pdf, you will have a multipage document with the names of several officers who have been removed from their positions. Please print yourself a couple of backup signs, regardless if you want to raise awareness for one particular individual or several leaders.
If you have time you can also print these at any print shop and request for them to assist you print with 100% bleed (so there will not be a white border all the way around).
The goal is, if permitted, to hold up these signs peacefully and respectfully during the parade on June 14th in Washington, D.C. That is to say, don’t hold them high enough to block anyone’s view, don’t chant anything rude as you hold the sign, respectfully put the sign away if told it is not allowed. I have not found any guidance yet regarding this.
If this is not permitted, then take the sign and take a picture of it in front of elements of the parade or signs for the parade and post to social media with the hashtag:
#HonorableService
#RestoretheStandard
If you are not attending the parade, but are going to events outside, please consider using these signs as well - as it is the Army’s Birthday on June 14th, and it would be good to remind these officers they have the support of the American people.
Why Support This Campaign
This campaign is intended as strong encouragement to anyone still serving that they will not be forgotten or ignored as they work to serve honorably if controversial orders are issued.
As a recent example, the National Intelligence Council issued a report that the Venezuelan government does not direct Tren de Aragua. This assessment helped to reduce justification the administration wants to use to continue to deport individuals under the Alien Enemies Act. This and other assessments may also weaken any justification to invoke the Insurrection Act that is under consideration still.
These service members and government employees should know they have the support of the American people to continue to deliver honest assessments, and to do their jobs legally and morally. This one campaign #HonorOurLeaders starts with the officers at the top, but can expand to include every level that continues to hold the line in support our Constitution.
